ScalePOD trial terms

Between the operator of ScalePOD ("ScalePOD", "we") and the company that starts the trial ("you").

The trial. 14 days and the credits on your invite, free of charge. We may end trials early if they are misused. No card is needed and nothing renews automatically.
Your outputs. Mockups, review pages and files we make for you are yours. We claim no rights in them, do not show or reuse them, and do not train anything on them. Our image provider claims no rights in generated images. We do not promise that AI images are exclusive or protected by copyright in every country.
Your clients' logos. You confirm you may use each logo you upload to prepare mockups for that client. Logos and product photos are used only to make your mockups.
What a mockup is. The exact logo file you upload is placed on the product; fabric, light and placement are AI-generated. Mockups are for agreeing a look. They are not production proofs: colours on screen and sizes are indicative, and your own decoration proof stays the reference.
Data and deletion. Your data is kept in a separate workspace. Review pages expire after 90 days and you can take one down at any time. Ask us and we delete your workspace within 7 days. Unless you continue, we delete it 30 days after the trial ends.
Fair use. No unlawful, infringing or offensive content, and no attempts to break or overload the service.
No warranty. The trial is provided as is. Neither side is liable to the other for indirect losses.
